HUD FY22 Competition

The FY 2022 HUD COC Competition has started! HUD released the NOFA on August 1st. The COC Application, COC Priority Listing and project applications are now available on eSNAPS.
The SCCHAP Grants Committee has met and approved the local application documents for the HUD FY 2022 COC Competition. Those can be accessed by clicking the desired file name on the links below.
Any new applicants wishing to apply for funding, please refer to the HUD NOFO for applicant eligibility and project types allowed for this competition. Please contact Erin Riley at eriley@unitedwaysaginaw.org if you have any questions.

Fourteen (14) renewal projects were submitted for the FY 2022 HUD Competition. These 14 projects total a submission amount of $2,118,016.00. One (1) CoC Planning Project for $73.451.00 was also submitted. All projects were accepted and none were rejected/reduced/reallocated.
Scoring and ranking of the projects took place on September 13, 2022 and applicants were notified of the score and ranking of each of their projects submitted on September 14, 2022. As a result of our Tier 1 amount equaling 95% of our ARD, there was one project that straddled Tier 1/Tier 2 and 2 projects listed in Tier 2. The CoC Planning Project is not ranked per HUD regulations.
Applicants had until end of day on September 19, 2022 to submit a appeal/grievance if they felt their application was scored incorrectly and/or unfairly. No appeals were received.
