Our Board is made up of both provider and community members and give unselfishly of their time to making our Continuum successful in preventing and ending homelessness in Saginaw County. The Board, elected by the full membership, is charged with conducting SC-CHAP business and to provide leadership in matters of planning, policy, resource allocation and oversight of our HMIS to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
